Natalie Edwards is an accomplished healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of experience in technology consulting, operations, and life sciences. As vice president of client services at Caduceus ADVISORY, she leads client delivery, ensuring success of innovation strategy and transformation programs, and advances partnerships to support and further the portfolio of solution offerings.
Prior to joining Caduceus ADVISORY, Natalie spent much of her career as a healthcare consultant specializing in large-scale digital transformation programs, guiding organizations through technology-enabled change and operational redesign. She also previously worked in biotechnology and clinical research, bringing innovative products and therapies to patient care. Most recently, she helped build and scale a healthcare SaaS company, including establishing the client success vertical, leading product development partnerships, owning two platform products, and developing operational processes to support the business.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an M.B.A. from The University of Mississippi. She lives in Nashville, Tenn., with her husband Dax and their children. She enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through design, art, and experimenting in the kitchen.
