Position Overview:
Caduceus TALENT is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and drive growth within our expanding portfolio of recruiting and startup services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare and venture capital landscape, with the ability to connect Caduceus TALENT’s high-impact services to the needs of portfolio companies and healthcare startups. This role will be critical in growing our client base, managing key relationships, and executing strategies to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts for Caduceus TALENT’s recruiting services and additional startup offerings (e.g., financial planning, executive coaching, and engineering talent solutions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms, portfolio companies, and healthcare startups, positioning Caduceus TALENT as the go-to resource for talent acquisition and startup support.
- Manage candidate submissions with customer and help move candidates through the customers internal process.
- Work closely with Caduceus TALENT’s leadership team to identify market opportunities and craft strategies to meet growth targets.
- Present tailored recruiting and service solutions to prospective clients, aligning with their strategic objectives and business needs.
- Develop and implement a sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and close deals to ensure revenue goals are met.
- Represent Caduceus TALENT at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to build visibility and credibility in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of seamless client experiences from pitch to project completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare startup challenges, and talent acquisition best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within healthcare, talent acquisition, or venture capital environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, solution-based sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare startup ecosystem and talent needs in digital health or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
