With nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and services, Adam Seyb is a seasoned leader known for driving operational success. As the CEO of Caduceus TALENT, Adam leads a team of expert recruiters and leverages AI-enabled technology to help startups grow and scale by recruiting top talent. Under his leadership, Caduceus TALENT has built a quality curated talent database, offering clients unmatched access to specialized talent pools.
Before joining Caduceus TALENT, Adam held executive roles at several prominent organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Janus Health, a revenue cycle automation startup and previous investment of Caduceus Capital Partners. In this role, he worked with some of the nation’s largest health systems to transform their revenue cycle processes through innovative automation solutions, improving efficiency and financial performance.
In addition, he served as a Partner at West Monroe, where he oversaw the provider practice, driving successful transformation initiatives for clients during the Covid-19 years. Prior to that, Adam was a Partner at Cumberland Consulting Group, where he helped lead the firm’s growth from a boutique consulting business into a 500-person operation with over $100 million in annual revenue.
Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Northern Illinois University, where he was a collegiate athlete. He and his wife spend their spare time going to their children’s many, many sporting events throughout the year.
