With more than 30 years of experience as a leader in health information technology, Craig offers a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of the healthcare system and the potential for digital solutions to make healthcare better.
He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Intermountain Healthcare. Previously, Craig led SLC Health’s digital transformation and information automation, where he was responsible for all aspects of the health system’s information technology and digital services involving strategy, operations, technology, applications, information security, and data assets. For more than 20 years prior, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Analytics Officer at Atrium Health. In this role, Craig transformed the company into a national leader with the effective use of technology, using data as a driver and digital services as a differentiator.
Craig notably earned the prestigious 2015 John E. Gall, Jr. National CIO of the Year Award in healthcare from CHIME and HIMSS. He was also awarded the 2017 Carolinas CIO of the Year and the 2020 Colorado CIO of the Year for his continued impact using technology and digital services across all industries. Craig earned his master’s degree in business administration and also his bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Toledo.
