Larry Neiterman is an executive venture partner at Caduceus Capital Partners, applying his vast expertise in driving strategic change and growth to help to build digital health businesses from the ground-up. He recently retired from his 38-year career with Deloitte, where he served for 27 years as a partner and more than 20 years in firm leadership.
Most recently, Larry was chief operating officer for Global Deloitte Consulting, a $18+B consultancy with over 100,000 consultants operating in over 40 countries. Before that, he led US Deloitte Consulting as chief operating officer and chief financial officer for a decade, growing the organization to a $10+B consultancy experiencing double digit growth at both the top and bottom lines over this period. In both his global and US COO roles he was key to the development of the strategy, establishing operating plans and managing performance.
In addition to his work as an executive venture partner at Caduceus, Larry is an active board member for City Year, a national not-for-profit organization focused on improving the high school graduation rates for students in the inner city. Larry currently chairs the finance committee and is a member of the executive committee of the national board.
Larry has a BA in economics and organizational behavior from Brown University and an MBA in finance and strategic planning from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College (Tuck Scholar).
