Lindsay Valdez is as personable as she is reliable. She came to Caduceus Capital Partners with 15 years of experience in the healthcare IT field. She started her career as a consultant, working for Dave Vreeland at Cumberland Consulting Group.
While at Cumberland, Lindsay spent the majority of her time focused on complex health IT initiatives. She is experienced in every phase of the implementation lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and optimization. Lindsay has experience utilizing Rational Unified Process (RUP) methods in leading requirements definition, design, and analysis for custom system development projects. Lindsay has extensive experience with a number of leading software solutions and has led and participated in more than 40 implementations and go-lives throughout her career.
Lindsay also spent time working in the financial services industry, designing multiple custom software development solutions. During her last years with Cumberland, she worked alongside the Managing Partners and CFO, focusing on project staffing, budgeting and reporting; resource allocation, development, management and expense supervision; operational process improvement; tracking client sales; and client invoicing.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and Mathematics from Vassar College. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Lindsay lives outside of Nashville, TN.
