Mimi McNabb is a consultant at Caduceus ADVISORY, where she supports healthcare organizations in evaluating digital health solutions and advancing strategic transformation initiatives. Her work includes market and solution research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the development of client materials and strategic recommendations. She works alongside the ADVISORY team and health system leaders to identify opportunities for technology and AI to improve financial and operational performance.
Mimi began her career with Caduceus as a summer associate, supporting both the firm’s venture capital and advisory initiatives. She has contributed to investment diligence, supported a digital transformation engagement, and helped coordinate Caduceus LAUNCH cohorts and programming.
Mimi earned her B.A. in mathematics with a minor in business from Vanderbilt University. Originally from Cincinnati, she now lives in New York City, where she enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring the city.
